Sales Support Major Accounts Service Expansion

Account Executive (AE) Sales Support

  • Support AEs on systems and software used by department
  • Provide Penetration Reports
  • Provide backup to Team Members in their absence
  • Execute delivery of Complimentary services to VIP Clients & NHD Presentation Centres
  • Execute purchase, activation and delivery of rocket hubs for NHD Presentation Centres
  • Order and track all swag
  • Track Ticket allocation
  • Request all quotes, purchase orders, service and maintenance for all new and existing lobby cameras and specialty injections in the MDU market

Reporting

  • Provide impactful, detailed reporting on all sales metrics and initiatives across the Region
  • Implement processes that support reporting requirements to other Departments, Regions and Management
  • Preparation of Data for Business Plan & Target Setting
  • Illustration of data in a meaningful way for Senior Management
  • Send out letters for comp service
  • Update New Construction and Penetration Reports
  • Co-ordination of New Construction Reporting with Network and Construction

Customer Service

  • Provide a one-stop shop to clients for all Rogers Service & Billing issues
  • Servicing of Lobby Cameras
  • Provide billing reconciliations when required

Major Accounts Service Expansion Budget / Accounts Payable

  • Track and update expenditures
  • Process and track all Purchase Orders, Invoices, Sponsorship Requests, Cheque Requests & Association Fees
  • Execute on addition of all New Vendor Set Up to facilitate processing of Invoices and/or Per Door Fee Payments
  • Maintain Department Budget in an illustrative meaningful way for Management
  • Facilitate data dump for operating budget monthly

Client Events

  • Assist with organization of all client events (planning and tracking)
  • Ticket allocations for client sporting events
  • Assist with ordering and tracking all swag
  • Assist with organizing Client Appreciation Dinner
