Your Business Unit:  Procurement and Supplier Management

 

At Rogers, our business is diverse and our assets are dynamic. Our Procurement and Supplier Management team have four areas of primary focus within the Business Unit.  Category Management; Supplier & Contract Management; Tools & Process Investment, and Procurement Partnerships. 

 

We have started the journey to transform Procurement and Supplier Management at Rogers and our vision is to be the benchmark for Procurement in Canada within three years.

Your Potential Roles:

 

We can’t wait to meet you and talk about where you’ll make immediate contributions to our organization! Successful candidates may work in one of the following roles:

 

  • Category Management in Technology and Commercial Services
  • Supplier Management with focus on Performance, Quality, Compliance, Sustainability and Social Responsibility
  • Enablement, focusing on Data Analytics, Spend Analytics and Tools Implementation
  • Strategy with focus on Implementing the Overall Procurement Roadmap, Canadian & Global Partnerships (Telco & Non-Telco), Benchmarking, Market Intelligence and eProcurement

 

Your Experience:

 

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Graduate Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Procurement, Communications, Engineering, Commerce, Sustainability, Economics or equivalent
  • Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to drive innovation
  • Customer service, excellent communication and project management skills considered an asset
