We are looking for a Digital Project Manager (7 month contract) who is a strong team player to join the digital sales group within the Rogers Sports & Media SMB digital eastern Canada team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering project management excellence on key strategic initiatives through disciplined execution. The successful candidate should be able to oversee the impacts, interdependencies and timelines between functional teams and work to ensure project initiatives meet the goals and objectives for each campaign.

What you will do:

  • Manage all special campaign executional needs for the Digital SMB eastern Canada team. Including campaign set up for various platforms such as R.E.D. X., email deployment and social media
  • Campaign optimization and reporting using the DOMO reporting tool.
  • Train and manage account managers through the creative request platform – Basecamp. Filter requests, confirm completion of submissions, assign resources, reconcile invoices.

What you will bring:

  • Experience in project management, preferably in projects associated within a media/broadcast company.
  • Experience in managing a group of simultaneous initiatives.
  • Experience with Basecamp, Celtra, MS Office and Operative 1
  • Experience managing creative production requests
  • Experience reconciling invoices
  • Knowledge and consistent application of proven industry standard Project Management approaches.
  • High level of energy and strong passion to drive successful completion of projects and to ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.
  • Creativity, flexibility and an ability to manage time and reset priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Superior skill set including analytical thinking and problem solving and coaching
