Digital Sales Coordinator

 

Reporting to the Digital Sales Solutions Manager, the incumbent is responsible for client coordination and account service. The Digital Sales Coordinator will be responsible for all sales order entries, order adjustments, billing adjustments & credits, new account set-up, campaign reporting, reconciliation, and campaign optimization. The Sales Coordinator will manage a group of accounts and will oversee day-to-day requirements assigned by the Digital Account Executive.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Convey a positive, professional image as a representative of Rogers Digital Sales
  • Develop excellent relationships with clients and developing mutually beneficial partnerships with key decision makers at agencies
  • Establish a strong rapport with internal stakeholders within the Finance, Ad Operations, Digital Sales Solution, Trade Desk and Ad Tech, etc., teams
  • Accountability for a list of accounts using a combination of software tools available (e.g. DSM, Salesforce, DFP, DBM, etc.) and client/market intelligence to best position Rogers Digital Media
  • Work collaboratively with other team members within the Digital Sales group to establish a positive solution-focused environment and continue to learn and grow in the Sales Coordinator role
  • Accountable for resolving all billing discrepancies in collaboration with various internal teams to ensure consistent exceptional customer service
  • Timely turnaround of revising contracts, coordinating optimization, delivery reports and processing credits and other billing adjustments
  • Liaise with Traffic to ensure accuracy of booking/cancellations etc.
  • Prepare and present campaign reporting
  • Maintain Share Drive on an on-going basis and archive out-dated materials quarterly
  • Design sales decks in collaboration with research and isights that will be used at events
  • Work with Rogers Marketing team to coordinate various events, i.e. IAB Golf Tournament, Customer Appreciate event and more
  • Other duties as required from DSS Manager or his/her designee

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
  • Self motivated & detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive problem-solving attitude with a view that no challenge is unattainable
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Passion in Digital Sales and a drive to succeed
  • Knowledge of digital sales products and landscape
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
