Jays Care is looking for Inclusion Leaders to ensure that children and youth with disabilities can experience the magic of summer camp! Supporting our Rookie League Summer Camp program, Inclusion Leaders will support campers with disabilities to ensure that they are included in all activities.

  • Ability to connect with youth across Toronto in our summer camp program (ages 6-12) and Leaders in Training program (ages 12-15)
  • Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for youth of all backgrounds and needs
  • Ability to develop and lead exceptional programming for youth
  • Ability to implement behaviour management strategies and program modifications that reflect the needs of our campers
  • Ability to continue to elevate our camper experience with your imagination and inspiration

REPORTS TO: Rookie League Camp Supervisors

DURATION: June 6, 2022 – August 19, 2022

PAY: $17/hour

WORK HOURS: 35 hours per week
