Reporting to the Manager of Ticket Sales, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for helping acquire and retain ticketing subscription sales. More specifically, the Inside Ticket Sales Representative addresses the subscription sales of season tickets, game packs, and group sales.  The purpose of this role is to address customer inquiries, provide quality customer service, and increase sales for various ticketing products.

Note: this is a seasonal contract role tied to the Toronto Blue Jays 2019 baseball season. 



  • Answer all inbound sales calls for season tickets, game packs, and group sales products
  • Maintain a detailed touchpoint history in the CRM SalesForce system by logging all customer data and interactions in a clear, timely manner
  • Renew, sell, and maintain all game pack and group sales
  • Produce accurate sales, appointment, and activity reports on a regular basis
  • Provide consistent, superior customer service to customers and clients
  • Provide sales and service support across different sales teams and develop strong inter-departmental relationships
  • Provide innovative ideas and feedback regarding sales strategies and programs to the department leadership team
  • Work in conjunction with the entire Ticket Sales and Service team to uphold the mandates of the department regarding sales and service goals and objectives
  • Other duties as assigned such as assist with game day duties and assist Sales and Operations dept. as required



  • Degree or diploma in a related field (business, marketing, customer relations management, sports management, etc.)
  • One to Three (1– 3) years of professional experience in a sales, customer relations and/or customer service environment
  • Experience collecting payments, invoicing, account creation, and account management
  • Experience with Archtics event ticketing system and the Salesforce CRM system an asset
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
