The Marketing Journeys team is looking for a curious learner, with proven abilities in delivering performance and channel engagement. The role requires building strong relationships with our CBM (Consumer Base Management) teams, our channel performance teams, to lead the development and execution of strategies and programs to drive revenue growth and churn improvement beyond current norms for long term. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of NBA, this role will focus on our future success for both Rogers and Fido.


This is a 8 month acting assignment role. Key accountabilities include understanding current challenges and limitations the business is facing, enable capabilities and programs to achieve long-term goals, manage initiatives or programs through to execution, collaboration with the cross-functional team for both Rogers and Fido.


What you will do:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gain alignment on tool enhancement recommendations

  • Develop and maintain partnerships to enable new capabilities seamlessly with Marketing, CRM Ops, Data & Analytics, IT and Channel partners

  • Gather channel-specific requirements, identify gaps and recommend enhancements that will drive deeper agent and customer engagement

  • Ad-hoc reports as required

  • Gain an understanding of the business problems facing our brands & teams, and provide data-led insights to help decision making across the business

  • Responsible for providing variance analysis and explanation on Actual Results vs. Budgets, Forecasts, and Prior Year for revenue activities

  • Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources

  • Synthesize data into actionable insights that can be clearly communicated & understood by stakeholders

  • Measure the ongoing performance of NBA within the Digital channel (.com/.ca, App etc) and deliver results


What you will bring:


  • Expertise in data research skills, including gathering data from multiple sources (excel, Tableau, RTDM) and extracting insights

  • Experience working with data in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau Etc

  • Strong communication & storytelling skills and ability to present insights to internal stakeholders

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong willingness to collaborate with stakeholders & other insights team members to understand business problems and provide actionable insights

  • Excellent time management skills, keen attention to detail

  • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
