The Product Analyst, Pricing & Commercial Mgmt mandate will be to analyze and execute commercial actions (pricing, offers, promotions) for key customer base segments to achieve business targets on revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency and competitive differentiation. This is a critical role in delivering on quarterly portfolio performance objectives for the Rogers Business Internet portfolio and other business solutions.


The candidate should have proven results and ability to navigate between commercial strategy, pricing, finance, sales, marketing, product and operations. Building relationships across functional teams will be essential for success in this role.


What you will be doing:

  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve business internet performance by analysing trends in customer acquisition, ARPU and churn alongside market, competitive, channel and product inputs.
  • Analyze the financial impact of commercial management programs to inform decision making
  • Analyze post-launch performance of tactics and conduct post implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement
  • Implement and manage offer and campaign codes in system, including new and existing builds, offer grid maintenance, interface with IT, sales and operational teams to ensure their successful rollout.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate data-driven insights to maximize performance of the portfolio 
  • Plan and implement pricing for new product launches for business solutions portfolio
  • Support the Commercial Management Team with forecasting and budget setting


What you bring:

  • Excellent analytical skills and proven success turning data driven insights into recommendations and programs for product success and financial gain.
  • Advanced Excel or related analytical tools for efficient data manipulation & modeling.
  • Results oriented individual, who is flexible and willing to work in a multi-tasking, dynamic fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to organize and present pertinent information clearly and concisely. 
  • Solid relationship building and influencing skills with a proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on quality and detail.
  • Desired degree or qualification in Business, Economics and Finance. A professional financial qualification is a strong asset.
