This role is in Execution Enablement Team that supports both Wireless and Connected Home. We are a team embedded in business that understands systems, processes, data and financial implications of how things are done to guide technological roadmaps and capital investment prioritization. We connect the dots across various functional groups to explore solutions across systems and processes. The team is a service to the internal customers and brings experts together to drive solutions.

 

The Sr. Analyst, Revenue will work to improve revenue performance by driving innovative solutions to preventing revenue leakage and own end-to-end design and execution of revenue recovery from non-compliant accounts.  

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Proactively identifies opportunities and define guiding principles to set up account clean up Audits to recover revenue leakage
  • Feed requirements to build system-controlled offer compliance capability and help size impact to prioritize more valuable use cases
  • Support System and Process Enhancement leads in driving capabilities and improving program execution
  • Design and secure alignment on revenue recovery initiatives, secure cross-functional alignment, execute end to end and enable informative customer experience
  • Provide analytics and conduct PIRs to report revenue recovered and measure improvements

 

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Curiosity to continuously explore the unknown and find the opportunities in business and customer challenges
  • Deep understanding of our internal systems and processes
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and SQL server or SAS experience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work independently within a fast-paced customer-oriented environment
