As a member of this Rogers Traffic team you will be required to accurately schedule and edit daily logs for several radio stations.  You will be responsible to coordinate with Sales, Creative and Finance to maintain client campaign accuracy and the daily logs schedules. The goal of the Traffic Department is to ensure revenue is maximized by efficient use of our inventory and is a responsibility of this position.


RESPONSIBILITIES for this Radio Administrative position:

·         Data entry of broadcast orders in the Wide Orbit Traffic system

·         Schedule, edit and co-ordinate daily commercial logs for multiple stations

·         Reconcile and troubleshoot aired commercial logs

·         Monitor weekly Inventory and groom schedules to maximize inventory and revenue

·         Implement programming and format changes to commercial logs as needed

·         Create and process reports, as required, for Sales, Creative and Finance

·         Liaise professionally and effectively with Sales, Creative, Programming and Finance Departments

·         Assist team members as required



·         Exceptional data entry skills with the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy

·         Must possess strong computer skills along with proficiency in MS Office products including OneNote and Outlook email

·         Effective verbal and written communication skills

·         Efficient organization and time management with ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

·         Must possess strong analytical skills, professional demeanor, proven ability to multi-task amid constant interruptions, while maintaining positive outlook, and Customer First approach

·         Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Previous experience with WideOrbit Traffic would be an asset.

·         Minimum 5 years office administrative support experience required
