Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a Cyber Security Advisor to support the design, development and delivery of our enterprise cyber security awareness and training program. This position plays a critical role in building and strengthening our cyber security culture.
The ideal candidate is articulate, organized, and creative with skills in storytelling and advertising campaign building who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated experience in event planning, campaign development and project management.
What you'll do:
- Support the design and delivery of our cyber security awareness and training program, related training and simulation activities to help educate and empower employees to protect themselves against digital threats.
 - Develop and deliver multi-channel awareness campaigns and initiatives (e.g., training content, newsletters, visuals, videos, simulations, social media) to drive organizational behavioural change
 - Build clear, consistent and relatable messaging, tailored to specific audiences, to support the cyber security awareness strategy.
 - Coordinate and manage cyber security engagements (presentations, webinars, speaking events) for delivery for both in-person and virtual platforms to large audiences.
 - Write, review and edit cyber security internal communications, content, articles, etc. ensuring they are well-researched, succinct and articulate.
 - Manage project timelines, budgets, campaign schedules and cross-country events across the awareness and training calendar.
 - Partner with internal teams to build comprehensive communications plans and expand reach for cyber security awareness campaigns.
 - Measure program maturity and success using KPIs and industry benchmarks; refine campaigns based on research and findings
 
What you bring:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Business or Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications & Media, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
 - Experience in campaign development, advertising, internal communications and/or project management.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Knowledge of cyber threat landscape, common attack vectors (social engineering phishing, etc.), emerging technologies, and security controls (MFA, endpoint protection)
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 - Team player with a positive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
 - Ability to translate complex cyber concepts into clear, easy to understand messaging.
 - Ability to create meaningful, impactful visual presentations that demonstrates key messages and business-value outcomes.
 - Ability to influence others, build consensus and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
 - Asset: 
- 2+ years of broad cyber security experience with a focus on awareness, communications and training.
 - Certifications such as SSAP (SANS Security Awareness Professional), CISSP, or similar.
