Who we are looking for :
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Developer to join our Platform Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone early in their DevOps career who’s eager to learn and grow while helping us maintain and improve our infrastructure. You’ll work closely with senior developers to support our CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud-based systems.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and enhance existing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
- Support and troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments and containerized applications
- Monitor platform health and performance, responding to alerts and incidents
- Assist in automating routine tasks and improving deployment workflows
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration and delivery processes
- Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases
What You Bring
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Argo CD, Trivy, SonarQube)
- Experience with Linux (any distro), and VMware
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Some experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, YAML) and version control (Git)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Creative, adaptive, can-do attitude and a desire to automate and improve processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud, or private cloud on-premise, platforms (Azure, Tanzu, OCP, K3s, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible)
- Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Nagios)
- Understanding of networking, TCP, IP, SSH, and Cisco-like device configuration
- Knowledge of TLS, Ingress, Egress, and reverse proxies
