HCM Business System Analyst

Looking for a DevOps Lead to provide Oracle HCM cloud techno-functional support by acting as Subject matter expert in delivering solutions. The key skills required for this role includes managing business requirements and leading the functional and technical design, solution, prototyping and throughout the stages of solution implementation for Oracle HCM Cloud projects. Must have high level of techno-functional skills, HCM product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on a highly dynamic production and non-production HCM modules - Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Security etc. 
  • Interact with business users, Functional leads & customers to understand and define requirements
  • Write business requirements, propose and document technical design for reports, interfaces, fast formulas and HCM extracts for Oracle HCM cloud BAU fixes, enhancements, and projects.
  • Assist business and developers in preparing validation scripts, test scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM cloud BAU fixes, enhancements, and projects
  • Support developers and QA teams with test script execution.
  • Assess, prototype and rollout HCM patches and upgrades.
  • Proficiency in administering Oracle HCM Security and personalization.
  • Support internal and external security audit control executions for Oracle HCM cloud application.
  • Experience in configuring Core HR, NA Payroll, Absence, Security, etc.
  • Lead migration of configurations, customizations and integrations for Oracle HCM projects, enhancements, and fixes.
  • Share knowledge to continually improve the support and delivery methodologies for Oracle HCM cloud application.
  • Effectively communicate, document, track status, and update project teams.
  • Knowledge in building custom solutions using Oracle HCM tools like BI Reports, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Web Services, APIs, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, configurations, HCM personalisation’s etc.

 

 Required Experience & Skills:

  • Require – 7+ years of techno-functional experience with various Oracle HCM Cloud Applications - HR, Benefits, Payroll, absence, Self-Service, Absence Management, and security administration modules.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Security and Personalization.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Functional and Technical configurations.
  • Prior hands-on experience in building customizations using Oracle HCM tools like BI Reports, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Web Services, APIs, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas is preferred.
  • Should be able to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
  • Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science
  • 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst of Oracle HCM applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
