Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a highly organized, outcome‑driven Product Owner with a strong grasp of digital marketing, web platforms, and agile delivery. You bring a user‑first mindset and are able to balance business priorities with technical and design considerations. You excel at working cross‑functionally with Development, UX, Content Design, and Marketing partners, and are comfortable owning the end‑to‑end delivery of website initiatives that drive measurable impact.

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, can translate business requirements into clear, actionable stories, and are passionate about continuous optimization and data‑driven decision‑making.

 
What You Will Do

  • Define and manage user stories for Development, UX, and Content Design, ensuring clarity, alignment, and technical integrity
  • Own and prioritize the team backlog, balancing delivery commitments and evolving business priorities
  • Lead agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and planning sessions with Development, UX/Content Design, and Tech Leads
  • Accept stories as done, ensuring high‑quality delivery that meets business and user requirements
  • Partner cross‑functionally to deliver digital marketing and business requests on the Rogers Business website, including:
  • New page builds
  • Component enhancements
  • Device launches
  • Report on website performance and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Ideate, implement, and analyze A/B tests and personalization campaigns to continuously optimize user experience and conversion
  • Lead and support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve discoverability and performance
     

What You Bring

 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital, web, or agile environment
  • Strong understanding of UX, content design, and web development workflows
  • Hands‑on experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working closely with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and SEO best practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
  • A data‑driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement and optimization
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping teams focused and projects on track
