Rogers is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to provide insight and analysis of the current and future Real Estate portfolio realated to Wireless builds.


What you will be doing:

  • Work with key Real Estate stakeholders in creating Real Estate demand requirements and forecasts related to wireless builds.
  • Generate reports on Real Estate delivery status.
  • Review Real Estate leases, utility, and tax expenses.  Ensure the Real Estate portfolio cost is optimized.  Develop business cases, where required, to justify decommissioning of real estate inventory where required.
  • Analyst will assist the Program Manager’s in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core Real Estate components to the Implementation Teams.
  • Review current Real Estate processes and implement process improvements using Kaizen techniques. 
  • Work with complex data in excel tables; project scheduling, including action item tracking; project and program invoicing and financial updates and tracking; filing and document management; assisting with addressing of deficiencies and risks.
  • Work with Stakeholders on Process Improvement on Forecasts and real estate related processes.

What you have:

  • Business Degree or Diploma is an asset. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience working in a professional environment/ project management is considered an asset. 
  • Demonstrated skills in data analysis.
  • Possess excellent Microsoft application skills (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
  • Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven. 
  • Good verbal communication and writing skills are essential. 
  • Polished "follow up" and information gathering skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Must be flexible and willing to perform other duties as required
