Scope

Reporting to the Manager of Process Improvement, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements & transformational initiatives across Access Networks. The successful candidate will be a proactive and forward-thinking specialist, questioning the current methodology and status quo. He/she will be tasked to proactively research, develop and document processes to support stakeholder consensus and improve delivery of Access objectives.

 

Responsibilites

 

•             Support the ANEO Kaizen Program by driving initiatives on a national level, including participation on steering and ambassador programs

•             Apply best-in-class practices and methodologies to improve processes and yield results efficiently and effectively

•             Pro-actively manage and develop strong relationships within the organization

•             Provide process engineering support and work closely with other groups to gather and analyze data to present findings

•             Develop improvement recommendations and designing future state processes for accountable process portfolio

•             Provide framework for the execution of new initiatives and opportunities for improvement

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience with a major cable or telecom service provider.
  • Experience managing team of high performing individuals, accountable for vast transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially: listening, meeting facilitation and technical documentation
  • Strong experience in technical writing and the ability to interface internally and externally at all levels including senior management
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills are required
  • ITIL Foundations, Kaizen & Six Sigma Black belt preferred
  • Highly adaptive and flexible to changing environments and priorities
  • Well-developed process-focused team skills are required: influencing, facilitation, feedback, cooperation and conflict resolution
