Do you enjoy working on high-scale, complex, and high visibility projects and programs?  If yes, consider the following opportunity:

 

As a Senior software developer in Analytics and Insights team, the successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy the software products needed to improve the network engineering processes. The candidate will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of data-scientists, data-engineers, developers, and subject matter experts on a wide range of problems.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3 years of experience working in Linux systems supporting ETL processes. AND
  • 3 years of experience with developing in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl, JavaScript), supporting customer facing applications. OR
  • 3 years of experience in frontend web development (UI/UX)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience designing APIs and scalable software.
  • Experience designing data products like dashboards, reports and providing data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Relational Databases
  • Experience with any of the following: Apache Spark, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, Business Objects, Grafana, distributed system design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, observe keenly and influence technical practitioners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the desire to share technical knowledge and information with others

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the development of new features and optimize the code base for existing in-house tools used by RAN network engineering.
  • Develop and automate reports, iteratively build, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
  • Develop tools to leverage different datasets, on-prem and from cloud to enable RAN engineering teams drive insights.
  • Apply an analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new ways to innovate with data.
  • Lead the agile development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate on end-to-end automation efforts required to bring models to production.
  • Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that provide insights to the organization.
