Rogers is seeking an experienced and creative Solutions Architect to lead the design and architecture activities for customer-facing solutions, focused on networking, LAN/WAN and cloud integration.


The Solutions Architect is a full-time position. This role can be based in any city with a Rogers business office. This role is primarily focused on post-sales implementation of complex projects but will provide opportunity for variety and growth depending on your skills and initiative. As a successful candidate, you will be part of the Rogers nationwide business delivery team, bringing solutions to life and enabling a customer experience beyond expectations. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, creatively solve problems, and influence the future of business as Rogers launches exciting new and innovative products.



  • Act as a technical SME in executing deep-dive discovery of customer environments and requirements
  • Act as technical authority in creating comprehensive solution designs for network deployments and integration with customer LAN/WAN environments
  • Create solution documentation and provide guidance to implementation teams


Knowledge / Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a technology role
  • 5+ years’ experience in a network architecture role within a complex environment
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex network architectures
  • Expertise in LAN/WAN technologies; routing, switching, firewall and high availability solutions
  • Experience with multi-vendor integration and complex environments
  • Experience in a customer-facing delivery role


Education / Certification:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience required
  • Certification in Cisco networking technologies required (CCNP, CCIE)
  • Certification in Fortinet firewall technologies preferred (NSE)
  • Other industry recognized certifications nice to have (ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF, etc)

Office Location is Brampton Campus but open to any current Rogers location
