The Senior Analyst, Tech-hub Process Improvement, will be responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that will result in a better customer experience, revenue growth, and cost reduction.

 

Senior Analyst Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead or support initiatives as assigned by the senior leadership team. Manage and monitor the progress of assigned projects;
  • Own the reporting file for Robotics Proccess Automation including SQL, Database integration and Power BI dashboard creation;
  • Lead to Seek & identify opportunities to reduce customer friction and improve process economics through various methods including but not limited to: data analysis, sit-ins, reporting, call listening, customer/employee feedback, financial analysis;
  • Size & quantitatively and/or qualitatively evaluate opportunities to identify and prioritize root causes and solutions
  • Apply best-in-class practices and methodologies that improve processes and yield results efficiently and effectively;
  • Develop work-back-schedules and actionable plans for solutions implementation
  • Ensure cross-functional issue resolution and escalations are enabled, ensuring projects delivered successfully against objectives. Act as an escalation point to remove barriers that may impede projects progression;
  • Pro-actively manage and develop relationships within key stakeholders.
  • Lead Performance results evaluation for each project;

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • Able to map and analyse complex E2E business processes using iGraphics
  • Trained to apply the Lean Six Sigma methodology (Six Sigma Certification is an asset)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Desire to lead and manage a project team at a high performance level
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, verbally and written
  • Develop stats-based data analysis with MS Excel and Minitab
  • Desire to work within cross functional teams

 

Desired Certifications:

 

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Lean Six Sigma training/certification
  • PMP/Agile certidication desitred
  • Machine Learning & AI experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of data-bases and reporting (i.e. SQL, Power BI)
