Who we're looking for:
Rogers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to specialize in the Transmit Security platform. In this role, you will be a key player in implementing cutting-edge identity and fraud prevention solutions for large-scale, customer-facing environments.
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Transmit Security’s Mosaic platform, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Rogers’ adaptive authentication capabilities, strengthening identity threat detection, and driving innovation across our IAM security platforms.
What you'll do:
- Design and Implement Solutions: Design, develop, and implement secure customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions using the Transmit Security FlexID & Mosaic platform.
- Orchestration Development: Utilize the FlexID & Mosaic low-code journey editing tools and Orchestration SDKs (Web, iOS, Android) to build user experiences and automated business workflows for processes like login, secure onboarding, and account recovery.
- API and SDK Integration: Integrate FlexID & Mosaic capabilities into client applications using developer-friendly APIs and SDKs, including modules for passkeys, risk detection, and identity verification.
- Authentication & Authorization: Implement and manage various authentication methods, including FIDO-based biometrics, passwordless authentication, MFA, and standard protocols like OIDC and OAuth2.
- Implement security measures: Integrate advanced authentication and risk management to detect and mitigate suspicious activity throughout the user journey.
- Fraud Prevention: Incorporate the platform's AI/ML-powered risk detection engine and behavioral analytics to detect and mitigate suspicious activities in real-time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, security specialists, and customer development teams, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct testing, perform vulnerability analysis, and troubleshoot issues within the platform and integrated applications to ensure high performance and security standards.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Create clear documentation and advise development teams on best practices for using the FlexID & Mosaic platform to achieve business goals.
What you bring:
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in Transmit Security, with a strong background in identity and access management (IAM).
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, JSON, Python, Node.js, C++, React/Node.js).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML2.0), REST APIs.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Security Mindset: A strong understanding of secure coding practices and common security vulnerabilities.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
