Sr Mgr Cyber Security - IAM Corporate Systems

Who we’re looking for: 

The Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) Corporate Systems will lead and oversee various aspects of IAM within the Cyber Security department. This includes integrating new applications and sites, ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs), and supporting comprehensive cyber reporting.  

 

The role also involves defining and reviewing security features and requirements, supporting project teams, and managing privileged access and operational processes.  

  

What you’ll do:  

  • Lead IAM provisioning and access review services for corporate systems. 
  • Define and develop IAM security features and capabilities in collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on Access Provisioning and Access Reviews. 
  • Oversee application and system integration into IAM services, ensuring seamless onboarding and strong security alignment. 
  • Monitor and report on IAM KPIs and KRIs to meet organizational performance and compliance requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain IAM metrics to support enterprise cybersecurity reporting. 
  • Define and review security use cases and requirements with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with IAM solutions. 
  • Advise project teams on integrating security controls into business processes and systems. 
  • Design, build, test, and deploy PIM/PAM capabilities that are secure, scalable, and robust. 
  • Establish and document IAM operational processes to ensure consistency and policy compliance. 
  • Plan and execute enterprise access review campaigns to maintain appropriate access controls. 
  • Manage corporate identity onboarding and offboarding to ensure secure, efficient lifecycle processes. 

 

What you bring:  

  • Proven experience in Identity Access Management and Cyber Security.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM security features and requirements.  
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide teams and initiatives.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work.
  • Experience in building and running an IAM governance function, including process, KPI and KRI 
  • Functional knowledge and expertise in Entra ID and Active Directory Controls  
  • Functional knowledge in the following tools is and asset CyberArk Cloud, Crowdstrike, Bloodhoud and Saillpoint Identity Security Cloud 
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
