Who we're looking for:
We’re seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Manager of Cyber Threat Intelligence to lead the evolution of our CTI and threat hunting program.
This role will drive proactive intelligence operations to detect and disrupt advanced threats targeting telecom infrastructure and financial services. You’ll integrate CTI across business functions, enhance hunting capabilities, and help protect critical assets from nation-state actors, financially motivated adversaries, and supply chain risks.
What you'll do:
Leadership & Strategy
- Enhance CTI workflows, intelligence lifecycle, and stakeholder engagement.
- Advance threat hunting maturity through gap analysis and detection playbooks.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of CTI professionals and hunters.
- Align CTI with enterprise detection strategy, executive decision-making, and regulatory needs.
- Represent CTI in ISACs and manage performance metrics tied to threat models and board-level risks.
Threat Intelligence Operations
- Oversee adversary tracking, attribution, IOC/IOA analysis, and geopolitical monitoring.
- Deliver actionable intelligence reports and executive briefings.
- Optimize threat feeds for SIEM, EDR, Dark Web Monitoring, and SOAR platforms.
- Translate technical findings into business-relevant insights.
- Maintain and refine PIRs aligned with business risks and stakeholder feedback.
Collaboration & Integration
- Partner with SOC, Vulnerability, and IR teams to inform detection and incident reviews.
- Support threat modeling and risk assessments
- Monitor third-party and supply chain risks with external risk teams.
- Lead intelligence-driven threat hunts and simulations to validate detection and response readiness.
Promote intelligence sharing and awareness across business units.
What You Bring
- Strategic leadership with a bias for action, operational excellence, and strong business acumen—especially in cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure sectors.
- Commitment to cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement, fostering a high-performance CTI culture.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex threat activity into clear, actionable, and measurable outcomes
Required
- 5+ years in cybersecurity, CTI, or threat detection, with leadership experience.
- Expertise in threat actor TTPs, hunting, and frameworks (MITRE ATT\&CK, Kill Chain, Diamond Model, PIRs).
- Sector-specific threat knowledge (e.g., infostealers, APTs, IOAs).
- Proficiency in SIEM, MISP, EDR, and threat intel platforms; strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; experience with compliance/risk frameworks.
Preferred
- Certifications: GCTI, MAD CTI, CISSP, Threat Hunting; Security Clearance
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, KQL), Excel, PowerPoint, and data formats (STIX/TAXII, JSON).
- Familiarity with OSINT, commercial intel platforms, dark web monitoring
- Advanced threat enrichment and automation capabilities.
