Who we’re looking for: Our IT Wireline Provisioning team is looking for Senior Production support Analyst who can provide Application Support for Provisioning platform that includes but not limited to Oracle Order and Service Management, Oracle ASAP, Unified Inventory Management and can be part of on-call rotation and 24X7 on-call support for production issues/incidents.
What you will do:
- Provide Application Support for Provisioning platform that includes but not limited to Oracle Order and Service Management, Oracle ASAP, Unified Inventory Management
- Promptly join the technical bridges to help troubleshoot high priority incidents.
- Initiate and implement timely changes to address operational gaps and root cause fixes.
- Day to Day monitoring of Applications, Unix Servers, WebLogic, Oracle DB and Transaction monitoring on orders success rate, order Fallout outs, latency etc. to ensure High Availability of the application
- Be part of on-call rotation and 24X7 on-call support for production issues/incidents
- Develop automation solution for Validations and routine operational activities
- Application monitoring through Oracle Enterprise Manager monitoring, Dynatrace
- OSM/ASAP/UIM and Provisioning application deployment, handle the upgrades. WebLogic patch upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve all incidents/service requests with defined SLA’s. Ensure timely actions and/or engage responsible team for any issues.
- Lead the Root cause analysis investigation for all high priority incidents and ensure permanent remediation is implemented.
- Provide 24x7 application monitoring & support based on best practices and industry standards.
- Perform Change Management and Release Management tasks to deploy patches and new versions to production
- Perform pre and post validation for any production changes initiated/owned by other ITS teams, Network, Infrastructure, and any other technology groups.
What you will bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications Technology, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge in WebLogic, Unix, Oracle DB, SQL/PLSQL, Networking and Debug/Troubleshoot skills.
- Added advantage to have experience in Oracle Order and Service Management, Oracle ASAP, Unified Inventory Management applications
- Knowledge in shell scripting, able to develop/implement automation where ever applicable
- Able to investigate logs, find root cause of issues and come up with fix/resolution details
- Familiar with applications monitoring tools like HP diagnostic, Dynatrace and SiteScope.
- Able to perform application deployment, upgrades and WebLogic patch upgrades
- Effective communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written
- Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization, Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, and able to work independently or as part of a team

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
