We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst that will lead the design and delivery of new features and integrations for our core platform which serves our front-line agents in Care, Retail & Field Sales.  Primary responsibilities will include helping to launch new products and capabilities iteratively by overseeing all key business systems analyst activities including but not limited to:  designing and documenting solutions, supporting testing, assisting in production releases through an agile and/or waterfall process . You will participate in the execution and success of a complex cross-functional team.  Work closely with delivery, development, QA and architecture team.    You are an ideal candidate if you have a demonstrated track record of strong cable product knowledge, Assisted Channels sales flows (ex: retail, Care) while developing end-to-end solutions to meet the needs of our customers and front-line agents.



  • Support the technical roadmap for the Connected Home portfolio by understanding and influencing overall solution design to align with the assisted channels strategy
  • Provide full end-to-end solution and design input to create frictionless sales experiences
  • Author & review solution documents; which includes requirement response, changes to impacted front end, server side and back end applications, user & system use cases, and scope of work
  • Collaborate and provide oversight to Development, QA, UAT, and BRT teams to answer questions to ensure delivery of complex changes in both agile and waterfall programs
  • Ensure and be able to communicate with PM, POs the functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules and system architecture for each project
  • Actively participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies. Offer recommendations and insight on overall application solution strategy.
  • Propose system requirements and/or business process changes to fulfill business user requirements, ensuring system development or business process solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile and Waterfall development
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development cycle preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or Solutions Architect  
  • Experience building scalable distributed systems with service oriented architectures
  • Experience in requirements planning and supporting requirement prioritization with key stakeholders
  • Experience in SAFe, Scrum and Kanban preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years relevant work experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of software engineering practices, object oriented analysis & design, design patterns and algorithms
  • Connected Home product knowledge in TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart home Monitoring
  • Understanding the Connected Home business of ordering and provisioning of the above products
  • Ability to synthesize information into succinct, concise and logical summaries and reports for audiences of varying levels of technical background
  • Demonstrated strong technical judgment in conjunction with passionate customer-focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
