We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MDM Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all mobile devices, including iOS, iPad, and Android, using Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise. This role will focus on application deployment, security policy configuration and implementation, and troubleshooting escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile Device Management: Administer and manage all mobile devices (iOS, iPad, Android) using Microsoft Intune.
- Application Deployment: Oversee the deployment of applications to mobile devices, ensuring a seamless and efficient rollout.
- Security Policy Configuration: Develop, configure, and implement security policies to safeguard mobile devices and protect sensitive data.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve escalated issues related to mobile device management and Intune configurations.
- Compliance: Ensure all mobile devices comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users and junior administrators on mobile device management best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to mobile device management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to integrate mobile device management solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance and security of mobile devices, generating reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile device management, with a focus on iOS, iPad, and Android devices.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and its application in managing mobile devices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in application deployment, security policy configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in mobile device management and Microsoft Intune are highly desirable.
- Supporting various applications, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and antivirus software
- Knowledge and experience in networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
