The Sr. Manager Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals that:

  1. Lead RPA IT Engagement and Support   

  2. Partner with the business to deliver workflow automation projects

 

What you’ll be Doing

 

Partner with the business to deliver on RPA/RDA Automations

  • Lead engagement RPA/RDA automations

  • Support the E2E RPA/RDA Lifecycle (Intake, Delivery & Operations)

  • Coordinate IT support and facilitate IT processes

  • Build the Governance/Support models

     

    Partner with IT Teams to deliver RPA/RDA Automations

  • Engage IT teams (Security, EA, Infra, Application SMEs, QA) as necessary

  • Scale/Support the infrastructure required to support RPA/RDA

  • Lead the execution of RPA/RDA deployments

  • Establish RPA/RDA technical standards and best practices

 

Lead Workflow Automation Engagement

  • Manage the Rogers Workflow Hero Program

  • Solicit workflow automation ideas and consult with the business process owner

  • Empower Rogers employees to work smarter by automating their manual processes

 

Deliver Workflow Automation Projects

  • Support our business partners and ensure successful delivery of Workflow Hero projects

  • Instill a culture of collaboration/ownership through quick response to issues, improved partnerships and proactivity

  • Track business benefits on every engagement

 

Lead the Team

  • Drive performance/delivery

  • Ensure that each team member has a development plan

  • Conduct monthly discussions devoted to each team member’s development

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a culture of learning, mentoring and coaching

  • Drive continuous improvement of the team’s processes and deliverables

  • Share knowledge and contribute to the team’s success 

  

Experience & Education

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business

  • Experience with RPA/RDA tools, processes and methodologies

  • Solid understanding of large/complex IT environments

  • Telecommunications experience an asset

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Team Leadership

  • Strong process orientation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proven track record of executing on process automations

  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing on large transformation programs

  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and relationship management skills

  • Strong facilitation, influence and negotiation skills
