As part of the rapidly growing and highly capable analytics and insights team, you will be tasked with absorbing a myriad of datasets from dozens of sources, organizing them, visualizing them, and analyzing them to help inform both short- and long-term decision-making, tackle problems, and derive insights.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain, enhance, and create dashboards in PowerBI, develop and automate reports, iteratively build, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis, data and information on a regular basis.
- Responsible for sourcing, summarizing, and analyzing data from multiple data sources.
- Assist with onboarding new datasets.
- Help with development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.
- Work on geolocation-based visualizations, part of our GIS initiatives.
Technical skills:

Development experience with Python, using various data science libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, GeoPandas as well as frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras.

Strong understanding of machine learning and AI, including classification, clustering, time series analysis, NLP and demand forecasting.

Experience with agile methodology, code review process and version control.

Understanding of SQL and Apache Spark.

Familiar with cloud technology (Azure, Databricks).

Strong aptitude for research and data analysis.
