Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Support Specialist will actively support the needs and interests of the Partner Retail channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the chatr brand from an operations perspective, supporting internal program management (internal Partner Retail meetings) and connecting with our peers on the National and Regional teams while providing support to internal and external partners related to Care (RSG/EOS) items and overall administrative support for the Partner Retail tea m nationally.




  • Liaise with National Account Mangers to ensure awareness of support required for various programs and campaigns, including chatr related items and opportunities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of key channel programs, while always assessing and recommending improvements for their continuous evolution. I.e. chatr program updates etc

  • Work with the Implementation Manager and assist both National Account Managers (NAMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to identify and capture all business and support requirements for cross-functional programs planning (pricing programs, hardware launches, etc.) – focused especially on chatr

  • Manage call centre feedback loop and maintain or improve the contingency reaction time with RSG / EOS, resulting in an improvement of RSG / EOS call handling time – leverage Reporting tools to enhance opportunities for all parties              

  • Support coordination and hosting of Quarterly business reviews with Internal and External Stake holders

  • Participate cross-functionally in key meetings (i.e. GTM-ex), to successfully deliver and execute projects in accordance with project/program launch dates

  • Drive effective communications by acting as the subject matter expert to edit and feed into Sales Bulletins and Job Aids, with counsel from peers

  • Send Communications (Sales Bulletins and Heads up on Program update) to National and Regional teams

  • Host weekly execution focused meetings with Directors, NAMs, and RSMs, sharing minutes and action items with all stakeholders

  • Support Partner Retail contingency support plans with all various groups (chatr IT, Care, Channel Marketing and Accounts Payable)




  • College/University Degree preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must have experience with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must have retail or call centre experience, preferably in a wireless and/or cable sales capacity

  • Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and passion to succeed

  • Proficient in Maestro, ICM, SGI and V21 applications, SSP an Asset

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to network across functional teams and build strong relationships
