Rogers is seeking a Works Coordinator to join the Western Wireless Operations Team. Reporting to the Manager of the Field Support Centre, Western Region, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of Rogers vast Western Canada Wireless Network.
Job functions:
- Provide regional operational support, reporting, and data analysis for Western Access Network Engineering and Operations (ANEO).
- Responsible for database administration and data entry,
- Support and track third party activities such as tower maintenance, HVAC maintenance, generator maintenance, and in-bound co-locate programs.
- Analysis, tracking, and reporting on Western Regional OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Responsible for Western Regional Timekeeper System administration, tracking, and support.
- Responsible for company fleet vehicle tracking, reporting, and administrative support.
- Provide Oracle support to Western Access Network Team and provide Oracle training to team members.
- Process and track invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders for capital and maintenance projects and initiatives.
- Develop and support Western Regional Access Network performance scorecards for District Operational Teams.
- Development and writing of process and procedure documents.
- Provide backup support for: Oracle Purchase Orders, Accounts payable updates and follow ups, site security DB administration, telecom and SharePoint services, and Disaster Response Plan updating.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with budgets and financial tracking.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of: Microsoft Power BI, Oracle, Business Objects, One Vision, or Remedy would be considered an asset.
- Experience working in a wireless telecom environment would be considered an asset.
- Preference will be given to applicants with formal education in Business or Information Management.
