Who we are looking for:
Rogers is seeking a passionate and motivated Learning Facilitator to join the Customer Operations Learning Team. Reporting to the Learning Delivery Manager, this role involves delivering a variety of training programs, both in-person and virtual, for new and existing employees, focusing on customer experience, technical skills, procedures, products, and systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, embraces technology, and is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences. This position supports Rogers’s strategic initiatives by using advanced learning methodologies and may involve cross-functional collaboration and special project assignments.
What you’ll do:

Delivers engaging training using diverse methodologies, including in-class facilitation, one-on-one coaching, and virtual instruction

Collaborates with business partners and cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs, initiatives, and special projects

Analyzes business needs, identifies skill gaps, and designs targeted learning solutions

Coaches and supports new hires and existing employees during training, monitoring performance, attendance, and role suitability

Manages administrative tasks such as learner enrollment, training setup, attendance tracking, and performance documentation

Conducts data collection and trend analysis of key performance indicators for operational reviews

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, and procedures

Stays informed on industry trends and learning tools, with a willingness to innovate and adapt

Assesses employee competencies to determine training needs

Performs other duties as required
What you bring:
-
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
-
Certified Training Practitioner accreditation (e.g., ATD, CTP) is an asset
-
Extensive experience in field operations, particularly within Rogers West
-
Strong workshop facilitation skills with experience in both classroom and virtual environments
-
Proficient in active learning techniques and adult learning principles, with the ability to apply them effectively
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid understanding of organizational structure and internal dynamics
-
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively or independently to achieve results
-
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and schedules, including support for field operations
-
Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and maintaining composure under pressure
-
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
-
Ability to tailor learning solutions to meet client needs
-
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
-
Willing to travel up to 75%

Able to pass and complete a Criminal and Credit check as well as a drivers abstract
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs, work at heights of up to 40 ft, work in inclement weather.
