Who we're looking for:

We’re looking for a PAM (Privileged Access Management) Delivery Lead to drive the design and implementation of enterprise-level PAM and secrets management solutions, with a strong focus on CyberArk. You’ll provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

 

In this role, you’ll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to optimize access processes, govern privileged accounts, and support investigations of access anomalies. Strong IAM expertise, hands-on CyberArk experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executives are essential.

 

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and enterprise secrets management services.
  • Prioritize asset discovery results for integration into CyberArk Privilege Cloud using advanced CyberArk tools.
  • Mentor team members on PAM best practices to build expertise.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, addressing performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to optimize access processes and tools.
  • Communicate information security risks effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Design and report on access controls for privileged users, applications, and systems to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate insider threats.
  • Govern PAM solutions, including onboarding/offboarding privileged accounts, policy configuration, and access reviews.
  • Support investigations and remediation of privileged access anomalies and potential security incidents.
  • Define and report metrics (KPIs, KRIs) to measure the state of IAM at Rogers.
  • Contribute to IAM governance evolution to align with business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate innovative solutions to address key security and business drivers.
  • Participate in awareness and training initiatives.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of IAM experience, with at least 5 years focused on CyberArk delivery.
  • CyberArk certifications (e.g., Certified Delivery Engineer, Certified Defender) are an asset.
  • Strong experience in developing, installing, configuring, and coding PAM tools like CyberArk.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
