Who we're looking for:
The successful candidate will be joining the Rogers West Network Implementation team to provide intake and administration support to the regional wireline Implementation teams. With a strong focus on an exceptional customer experience, this position will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Location: We are open to hire for our Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Surrey, Vancouver, Winnipeg or Saskatoon location.
What you'll do:
- Intake:
- Responsible for Project Initiation to the internal planning team.
- Stakeholder and Planning team support:
- Ensuring customer and stakeholder requests are followed through from intake inboxes and sent to the project team with appropriate communication.
- Establish and maintain relationships with team members, sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors as required
- Data Collection:
- Compiling project information for planning teams
- Invoicing:
- Receiving, tracking, and processing invoices.
- Track project financials committed and spent to budget through recording
What you bring:
- 2 years'experience working in a Wireline Networks environment.
- Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Dedication to ownership and self-management.
- The ability to be resourceful at identifying gaps in process flow and customer service, and able to manage projects and initiatives to eliminate those obstacles.
- Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
- Excellent written communication ability with strong verbal communication ability
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Nice to have:
- Experience using ADM and Oracle for invoicing and PO creation
