Who we are looking for:
The Senior Director, Entertainment Product Management is accountable for defining and continuously evolving Rogers’ entertainment product roadmap to accelerate subscriber growth, deepen customer engagement, and deliver on key financial KPIs. This role will shape the future of our entertainment portfolio by translating market trends and customer insights into high-impact product strategies. As a senior leader, you will inspire and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative experiences that strengthen our competitive position and drive measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Own the Entertainment P&L and drive performance against annual financial targets.
- Build a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market gaps to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities across the Entertainment portfolio, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Engage with marketing, sales, technology, operations, and customers to gather insights and ensure products deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Present business cases to senior leadership to gain alignment and approval for execution.
- Develop and maintain the Entertainment product roadmap, including new product introductions and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Provide input into prioritization of initiatives impacting the Entertainment portfolio and broader residential business.
Act as a subject matter expert during new product launches, partnering with Product Development & Integration teams. - Lead product marketing and define go-to-market strategies in partnership with brand, training, marketing, and communications teams.
- Manage the product lifecycle, identify quality gaps, and drive resolution with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with finance to track and analyze KPIs, measuring the success of product and revenue strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, content providers, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Strong background in product management, business strategy, and marketing.
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and revenue growth.
- Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Experience in entertainment, content, streaming, or gaming industries is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build financial models, and forecast performance.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex issues, escalate appropriately, and align stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to senior executives and influencing decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
