Sr Manager, Customer Mapping

Who we are looking for:

This role with manage the execution of the Base & Retention offer strategies for the Residential business including delivering performance insights and recommendations using the IBRO framework, and will be a key influencer to deliver and operate an automated mapping solution that drives revenue and churn performance. 

The ideal candidate has experience with channel management, data management, pricing and project management. This candicate also has a proven track record executing with excellence as well as strong analytical skills and abolity to interpret date and generate insight and action. 

 

What you'll do:

  • Support our Base and Retention offer strategy and framework, including segment definitions, offer mapping logic and execution on front-end channel applications.
  • Maximize channel engagement and revenue potential of the Base and Retention programs.
  • Develop insights and recommendations to share with business stakeholders who own strategy.
  • Play an active role in monthly revenue forecasting by providing assumptions based on trends and expected shifts.
  • Lead the implementation and operation of automated capabilities to improve relevancy and timeliness of offer mapping.
  • Identify risks or gaps in mapping strategies to look at potential initiatives with a revenue lens.
  • Coach and mentor direct reportsto acheive results and grow your team. 

 

What you bring: 

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional partners through collaboration and open communication.
  • Supoeriate stragic thinking and negotiation skills combined with the ability to effectivey sythesize and simplify complex situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills are a must.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi0task with tight timelines.
  • Strong leadership skills to build relationships among team members and drive results.
  • Self-starter and comforable influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Passiona about driving results and proactively searching new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of SAS as well as advanced/expert MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or equivalent or 5-8 years of progressive experience.
