Who we are looking for :
We are seeking a highly skilled and quality-oriented Technical Delivery Lead to oversee testing and quality assurance activities across our BSS Residential programs. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in automation, test case governance, defect management, and program-level testing oversight. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring delivery excellence on a national stage.
What You Will Do
Functional/Domain Testing Oversight
- Define process and evolve the automation roadmap into the entire SDLC lifecycle to deliver quality.
- Conduct retrospective analysis of previous releases to extract actionable learnings.
- Track and report AST performance metrics, highlighting improvements pre- and post-implementation.
- Achieve core principles of QA with Lower cost, faster time to market and improved quality through shift left strategies.
Test Case (TC) Review & Optimization
- Identify and address gaps in test steps to improve coverage and reliability.
- Ensure robust pre-requisite tracking for test execution readiness.
- Detect and eliminate duplicate test cases within release cycles to streamline testing efforts.
- Use Automation wherever possible to increase velocity and repeatability.
Defect Review & Quality Assurance
- Lead post release triage for ERM releases, focusing on:
- Work to reduce defect turn around times
- Increase defect assignment accuracy
- Reducing NFR defects
- Continuous Improvement & Waste Elimination
- Champion initiatives to eliminate waste across testing and delivery processes.
- Promote lean practices and drive efficiency in test planning and execution.
- Promote adherence and identify paths to alignment of KPI and SLA.
End-to-End Program Testing Oversight
- Provide governance and strategic oversight for end-to-end testing across BSS Residential programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and delivery timelines.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in technical delivery, QA leadership, or program testing roles.
- Strong understanding of BSS systems and ERM release cycles.
- Expertise in test automation, defect management, and test case optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Telecommunication Quality Assurance.
