We are seeking a motivated individual to fulfill the role of Logistic Coordinator within the Atlantic Access Networks team. This is an exciting position that is integral to successfully meeting operational and planning commitments through effective coordination and tracking of critical project logistic elements as they move between the Engineering team, Network Implementation, and Operations. Reporting to the Atlantic Wireless Operations Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Operations, Network Implementation, and other team members to coordinate and track logistical needs. The candidate will demonstrate excellent communication ability, be able to organize and facilitate effective and efficient project milestone coordination meetings, be extremely detailed oriented, and possess advanced MS Excel ability.

 

 

Technical Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Administration (financial statements, office supplies, distribution lists, org charts, headcount, scorecards, vacations, timesheets, NCTs)
  • Phone lines / pagers (add, cancel, follow up, replacement)
  • Contract staff (timesheet, Invoices)
  • Remedy - Data administration / Site “In Service”/ Data entry (HVAC, gen., batteries, tower light)
  • Health & Safety committee
  • Budgets (Ops., Opex, Capex, batteries, calibration, spares) follow up/payment of invoices creation of PO/receiving, monthly Capex forecasting
  • Database admin. (ARI, calibration, inventory, eCLIQ, Safety Line)
  • Orders (Phones, safety, signage, site phone lines)
  • Report creation/analysis
  • Co-locations (equip. purchase for tower extension / approvals / follow up)
  • Business case (HVAC, batteries, gen.)
  • Contract follow upon National programs (OTL, 4-year insp, HVAC)
  • Site access (approval and permissions)
  • Contractors compliance
  • Liaison between IT Support and the technicians (ex: Replacement of defective laptop)
  • Provide Regional business support and administer network data applications
  • Provide Oracle Support to Field operations teams
  • Network equipment inventory tracking and reporting
  • Interfacing with field technicians and other Rogers business units to ensure maximum customer service
  • Interfacing with internal/external groups and vendors
  • Support the procurement distribution and tracking of office and field supplies
  • Support other teams in Atlantic ANEO where overlap exists

 

Qualifications:

  • Possess advanced MS Excel with strong MS Office Word and Power Point
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality of work.
  • Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
  • Excellent written communication ability with strong verbal communication ability
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible and willing to perform other duties as required.
