We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the retail and telecommunications industry, has a track record for leading and developing top performing sales teams, and who thrives in a fast-paced highly competitive environment. 

 

In this role you will:

Be a champion of the Rogers and Fido brands

Drive sales and profit in your identified areaCreate an environment of success by influencing behaviour to develop and strengthen the retail culture within your area

Maximize customer experience scores and build customer loyalty within your area

Recruit, Coach & Develop Store Management TeamsMaximize store profitability and Area's Operating Income targetsAdvance and expand our retail process to deliver a best in customer class experience

 

Our ideal Regional Managers:

Are successful managers with 3-5 years experience in a multi-unit or big box retail environmentAre proven developers of leadership talent and high performance cultureHave proven sales success and an ability to drive growth within a multi-site formatAre motivated self-starters who are effective at building relationships and networking
