This role is about leading and delivering on the Atlantic Region’s execution strategy & plan

  • Partner with members of the Atlantic Regional Executive Teams to drive the execution of the regional plan
  • Partner with Regional Executive Team in preparation for ELT reviews in partnership with Business Unit leaders’ Planning and Strategy for alignment on expectations
  • Maintain and analyze regional scorecard data and provide regular insights and narrative to Regional Executive Team on trends and drivers and facilitate business reviews
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners for alignment on initiatives that impact the region (ie: Corp Communications, CSR, HR, Operations, and RET)
  • Manage the execution of engagement activities and events and link these with our existing sponsorships, partnerships, and regional plan where possible
  • Facilitate all regular Regional Executive Team meetings including managing the agenda, gathering content from RET members, assembling presentations, and following up on action items to ensure they are completed by the relevant owner
  • Customer council facilitation
  • Organize ELT visits and agendas to include visibility to regional departments
  • Build and nurture relationships with other Regional Executive Teams and business unit planners to share best practices and adopt locally
  • Ability to bring diverse teams together with a common objective and develop a path to mutually beneficial success.  Galvanizing the team with a clear vision and path to success
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.  Proactive & thrives at the opportunity to chart a course for the team from an in-depth understanding of business performance, market trends, and leadership priorities/agendas
  • Ability to lead with influence, establish & build meaningful relationships and partners to drive execution of the regional plan
  • Work closely with Regional President and Sr. Mgr RCI Regional Planning
  • Represents Rogers externally as a brand ambassador at external events and meetings
     
    What you bring:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy & planning, and / or operations
  • Telecom experience a bonus
  • Proven organizational, planning, analytical/ critical thinking, facilitation skills
  • Excellent communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Manage up - communications
  • Strong time management capabilities, able to prioritize effectively
  • Strong sense of initiative, self-starter who can work well independently and as part of team
  • Results oriented, flexible and willing to work in a multi-task and dynamic work environment
  • Strong ability to influence without authority
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and social media management
  • Great storyteller
