**Position Location is at Source Cable, 1090 Upper Wellington St. Hamilton, ON L9A 3S6**


Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible to analyze the needs of new and existing Roger’s customers, and offering a customized solution while maximizing revenue.   • Receive inbound sales calls, actively listen to customers, uncover/analyze their needs, and offer customized solutions
  • Using effective relationship building skills and probing abilities to successfully close sales
  • Build rapport with both new and existing customers
  • Ask open-ended/probing questions to identify customers’ needs
  • Able to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Create a need by educating customers on product & services, and maximizing sales potential
  • Take accountability, and the appropriate action, to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues as if they were your own
  • Provide world-class customer service during every customer interaction
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to sell and be in control of your own income


Minimum Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales driven environment
  • Prior call centre experience a plus, but not required
  • Must be comfortable/experience working in an environment with aggressive & attainable sales targets
  • Available to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs of the business)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, and be Product Experts
  • Ability to multi-task (navigating between multiple screens, while effectively carrying a conversation)
  • Ability to problem solve in a time pressure environment
  • Must be computer literate (strong keyboard & internet navigation skills, basic math skills, etc.)
  • Must be able to adapt/adjust to a fast-paced environment, with a constant change in products & services
  • Highly-motivated by income, career growth, and the drive to be successful
  • Be empowered to maximize earning potential
