Country 93.5 and K-Rock 105-7 are two heritage stations serving Kingston and The 1000 Islands. We are looking for someone to help us round out our programming talent line up.  K-Rock 105-7 and Country 93.5 are looking for someone who is creative, likes to learn, is versatile and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. This position will be responsible for the preparation and effective presentation of both live and voice tracked on air material. The successful candidate will also assist in the Music Departments for both stations. Plus there is a good chance you’ll be assisting in our ever growing need to present relevant and original online/social media content.


  • On-air duties as required
  • Assisting in music departments for Both K-Rock & Country
  • Vacation Fill-In for AM News and On Air as needed
  • Remotes, public appearances
  • Voice commercial messages and record/edit interviews
  • Emcee Station/Community Events


• Industry experience on-air full time preferred

• Post Secondary Radio Broadcasting diploma or degree preferred

• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual

• Computer literate, with preferred experience with the latest versions of the Wide Orbit Automation System, Music Master Music Scheduling System, Adobe Audition, and Burli News.
