What you will do:
- Prepare and complete action plans with Account Executives to meet and exceed Annual Targets
- Advise on Market/Competitive Conditions that effect annual targets/negotiations
- Review Industry and Region specific trends and analysis by working with MA Director and Finance regarding Expiring Bulk Rates, New Construction Sales, M/A Portfolios and Residential Sales Targets renewal strategies.
- Drive revenue and opportunities to other Rogers Lines of Business
What you will bring:
- Establish employee objectives, complete Performance Reviews
- Providing leadership, support, coaching and training to Account Executives and Support AE’s with client relationships
- Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, advise on compensation increases and address any performance issues
- Enhance relationships with key business partners
- Develop and execute sponsorship and client events
- Maintain relationships with key Associations (EOLO, GOHBA, BOMA) and attend Association/Client Functions
- Develop, implement and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting.
