KiSS 107.7 in Lethbridge, Alberta has an exciting opportunity for a Full - Time Morning Show  Co-Host. We're looking for someone to entertain and inform southern Alberta through awesome show prep, entertaining and accurate news updates every half hour, killer phone skills and a passion for social media. We'll not only need you to be a superstar in the building but out in the community, promoting KiSS 107.7. We're looking for someone creative, organized, has a great sense of news judgement and a great team player inside and outside the building. Reporting to the Program Director, the successful candidate will co - host the morning show from 5:30 to 9, Monday through Friday. Be available for on location and emcee work on behalf of Lethbridge's Best Music Mix KiSS 107.7 and also become involved in the community by meeting listeners every chance they get.

Lethbridge is a vibrant community that has all the advantages of a big city with a small town feel. Just 2 hours from Calgary, close to the mountains, Waterton National Park and the U.S. border.



  • Prepare and co - host an entertaining show targeted toward 107.7 The River's key demographic between 5:30 and 9 Monday through Friday.
  • Research and deliver news updates every half hour on the morning show.
  • Host and prepare weekend programming including best of show and other feature programming initiatives.
  • Inform and engage listeners through social media.
  • Remote broadcasts and on location appearances on behalf of 107.7 The River.
  • Meet with Program Director on an on-going basis to discuss ways to better serve our listeners on the morning show.
  • Attend and participate in weekly music, announcer and promo meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Minimum 3 years on air experience. Preferably with news/ co - hosting experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of Wide Orbit, Vox Pro, Pro Tools, Music Master and Adobe Audition.
  • A desire to produce and create an entertaining radio show that will drive ratings.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours.
  • Must hold a valid full provincial driver's license
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Team player is a must.
