What you will bring…

  • A passion for local content and a relentless drive to produce interesting and impactful community programming.
  • The collaborative approach of a team player who builds relationships with colleagues and engages the local community to help foster a greater diversity of voices seen and heard on the channel.
  • A strong sense of initiative, combining bold thinking with creative approaches, the ability to tackle multiple projects and still deliver on deadline.
  • Technical knowledge and experience, allowing you to lead the production process and to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • A solid understanding of social and digital media with experience on these platforms and the editorial savvy to create timely, engaging content.
  • The ability to recruit, train and lead a diverse team of volunteers.
