Today’s Shopping Choice marketing team is looking to hire a Direct Marketing/Email Specialist to join their award-winning team in Mississauga.

What you will do:

  • Execution and deployment of daily email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Design and optimization of responsive email templates and content
  • Support the development and execution of automated, trigger based email campaigns
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, specifically with Marketing, Creative, Web and IT
  • Identify target audience and customer segmentation required for campaign execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize campaign performance through test & learn
  • Analyze and report on program performance and provide recommendations based on results
  • Identify and communicate trends in digital marketing

What you will bring:

  • Marketing experience, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is an asset)
  • Experience in writing and testing HTML code
  • Experience in Marketing Automation specifically email journey construction and SQL
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and project management skills
  • Proven communication skills and passion for learning about the digital marketing industry
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Exceptional written communication skills, teamwork and collaboration
  • Detail oriented and attention to follow-up
  • Thrives in a fast paced, matrix style organization and can adapt quickly to change
