Who we're looking for:

 

Rogers is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join its retail marketing team at TSC. 

The Email Marketing Manager at TSC will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and demand through data-driven, personalized campaigns. Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, the manager will develop innovative email journeys, define testing methodologies, and implement performance measurement frameworks. With a strong focus on cutting-edge technology and marketing innovation, this role will shape the future of retail email marketing at TSC by leveraging advanced automation, dynamic content, and real-time personalization.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, staying at the forefront of email marketing technology and innovation.
  • Design, implement, and optimize advanced email journeys that leverage dynamic content, behavioral triggers, and real-time personalization to drive customer engagement.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of email campaigns, ensuring high performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and continuous refinement.
  • Oversee data integration and management, including API and FTP connections, subscriber lifecycle tracking, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using SQL and cutting-edge tools to streamline campaign execution and enhance scalability.
  • Create and manage responsive email templates, integrating creative assets and custom HTML to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, IT, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution, superior customer experience, and measurable business impact.
  • Drive performance analytics and reporting, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the Email Marketing Specialist, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance analytics.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including advanced proficiency in HTML, AMP script, and dynamic content creation.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing email journeys, data integration, and marketing automation using SQL and other tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A passion for digital innovation, staying ahead of emerging trends in email marketing technology and personalization strategies.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a collaborative mindset and experience working across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
