The RSM creative team is seeking an experienced and passionate Full-time Image Coordinator with proven work in broadcast production capacities. Your thirst for work that engages, current cultural and retail trends, and all things creative is complimented with exceptional design and typography skills. You know how to create designs and movements that will engage consumers in different media platforms. You love to think different, ideate and take ownership of projects; these are just a couple of the reasons you love what you do. What You will do...
- Embrace creative and design direction to bring ideas/briefs and strategies to life for broadcast, retail promotions and branding initiatives.
- Work with our partner teams to bring new ideas and elevate our marketing creative collaboratively.
- Conceptualize and execute compelling motion designs from a blank canvas state
- Work collaboratively with all members of the team and other business areas to ensure our brand creative is unified and strong
- Report to the creative director within a collaborative team of cross-disciplinary creatives. (Will be a great partnership… promise.)
What You will bring...
- Strong portfolio with professional work examples that demonstrate concept development with excellent use of typography, composition, motion language, camera work and pace. (Let’s see what you got!)
- Work examples that show an understanding of visual storytelling, ideally with some retail or product story experience.
- Solid graphic design and production experience demonstrating how motion takes it to the next level. (not as easy as you think, impress us with your work!)
- A strong understanding of animation and editing processes and how to bridge the two to create cool content.
- Demonstrate full technical and practical knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects & Photoshop) and how you go beyond knowing what the tools do.
- Experience in Cinema 4D design development will be advantageous (modelling / lighting / special effects / dynamic camera movement & texturing).
- Professional experience working in a post-production or in-house environment, with a strong understanding of how to work with timelines and budgets of all sizes to execute on impactful ideas. (Awesome individuals acting as One Strong Team!)
- Ability to work under the pressure of quick turnarounds and rise to creative challenges under tight deadlines. (We like to sweat the small stuff… brilliance is in the details!)
