Rogers Sports & Media has an immediate opening for an Email Campaign Manager, Marketing who will manage and execute TSC email and mobile messaging campaigns to support all stages of the customer lifecycle. 
 
About You
You are an experienced marketer that has proven ability working with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, deliverables and execution of digital campaigns.  You have a sound knowledge of marketing automation and email journeys designed to inspire, engage and convert consumers throughout the customer lifecycle.

 

You love being a part of a team; you’re agile, you’re a self-starter, and you’re passionate about innovative ideas that push boundaries. This position is based in Mississauga reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
 
What you will do:

  • Work with internal cross functional teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and execution of all email and mobile messaging campaigns
  • Oversee campaign briefs, creative feedback and approval
  • Leverage customer analytics and segmentation data to personalize digital content and identify target audience
  • QA and approve all email campaigns to ensure CASL compliance and that creative content, links, and copy are correct
  • Use data analytics and campaign performance metrics to create a meaningful story that conveys results, wins and setbacks
  • Monitor all campaign metrics
  • Identify growth and campaign optimization opportunities

 
What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with email campaign management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Creativity and innovation focus with an eye on constant, measured improvement
  • Ability to think ‘out of the box’ as needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong team player with outstanding collaborative and creative thinking skills
  • Agile, solutions-focused, self-motivated and results-driven
