Who we're looking for:

We’re looking for a skilled DevOps/Application Support professional to help maintain reliable systems, support deployments, and keep our applications running smoothly. In this role, you’ll work across teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing services. If you enjoy solving complex problems and supporting critical applications, this role is a great fit.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, manage, and support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub, while overseeing source control and branching strategies.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications across cloud environments (Azure), using tools such as Dynatrace, QuantumMatrix, or SiteScope.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs, lead root‑cause investigations for high‑priority issues, and participate in Tech Bridge calls.
  • Support application environments through containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), database management (Oracle, SQL, Elasticsearch), and services built in C#, .NET, REST/SOAP, and Spring Boot.
  • Perform release, configuration, and change management activities—deploying patches, new versions, and ensuring adherence to security, performance, and reliability standards.
  • Participate in 24/7/365 rotational on‑call support while documenting processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

 

What you bring:

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in tools like Azure DevOps(ADO), GitLab/GitHub CI/CD for setting up and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines
  • Understanding of Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration,
  • Managing source code, branching strategies, and collaboration among team members
  • Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like  Azure
  • App monitoring tools like  Dynatrace, QuantumMatrix or site-scope
  • Understanding security measures within DevOps workflows, including knowledge of secure coding practices, encryption methods, and security protocols
  • Strong knowledge of  Databases for both relational and NoSQL DBs (Oracle, SQL and Elsaticsearch)
  • C#, .Net 9 and above, Rest/Soap, Spring boot, Web Services or WebLogic products
  • Familiar with networking concepts: switching, routing, OSI network layers, firewalls, lbs at various layers
  • Experience with Ticketing systems like Service-now, Jira or Azure DevOps

  • Strong collaboration skills to work across teams, communicate effectively, and foster a culture of shared responsibility and knowledge sharing
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, analyze systems, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Being adaptable to new tools, technologies, and methodologies is crucial, along with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, define timelines, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveries
  • Proficiency in documenting processes, procedures, and best practices, along with creating reports to track performance and improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all incidents/SRs with defined SLAs
  • Join Tech bridge to troubleshoot/resolve high priority incidents
  • Lead the RCA investigation for all high priority incidents and ensure permanent remediation is implemented
  • Provide 24x7 app monitoring and support
  • Perform CM and RM tasks to deploy patches and new version to prod
  • Possession of effective change/incident/problem mgmt. discipline
  • 24/7/365 rotational on-call support
