What you will be doing:  

  • Ensure that all the needs of the various internal stakeholders are met;
  • Ensure that all the different consulting firms and civil contractors meet their deadlines;
  • Supervise the calls for tender and review the documentation annually;
  • Bid analysis or periodic review unit prices;
  • Monitor quality control and costs;
  • Develop monthly budget forecasts;
  • Coordinate the team and confirm deliverables and priorities with firms responsible for engineering plans and with civil contractors for the construction plan;
  • Supervise the actions of the various stakeholders (consultants, internal departments, etc.);
  • Ensure contractors and consultants comply with Health and Safety (Comply Works)
  • Manage the completion dates of the various civil tasks;
  • Prepare the required engineering estimates;
  • Ensure the closure of files (mandate of firms for post-construction inspection, plans as built, and corrections of deficiencies, etc.).
  • As Civil PM, the candidate is in charge of special projects In Building and New sites.

 

What you have:  

  • Civil engineering knowledge or work experience;
  • 5 years of experience in the field of construction project management and civil engineering telecommunication or equivalent;
  • Ability to work with plans and specifications;
  • Ability to work with Project Management and Finance tools;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Certification PMP is an asset;
  • Proficiency in French and English written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of basic computer software ((Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel expert, etc.);
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Knowledge of Oracle;
  • Ability to adapt to a very dynamic work team.
