Reporting to the OPE Manager — Quebec Region, the Delivery Manager work closely with other network designers and planning specialists.  He is responsible for the delivery of fibre optic solutions and projects in a dynamic environment dealing with network growth and technology advancements in different areas of the Rogers network in Quebec. 

Delivery managers have both technical and administrative roles where they help resolve technical problems, manage team performance, track finances and control the quality of service delivery. The high level of interaction with clients, employees and management along with the variety of skills required make being a service delivery manager a fit if you're an outgoing problem solver with customer service and management experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding and experience with design, build and implementation of Outside Fiber Optic projects.


  • Accountable for managing budgets, tracking service metrics, fixing any reliability issues and helping other group getting services delivered.
  • Manage execution priorities based on inputs from stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies, pre-requisites and establish sequence of activities at the Task level.
    • Align and Ensure engineering and material deliverables for all activities. 
    • Manage external contractors for all activities
    • Manage integration activities with internal partners  
  • Manage Close out process 
  • Manage high level implementation plans and update on activities and financials 
    • Ensure cost effectiveness in collaboration with Procurement and Rogers Policies
    • Manage change control procedures 
    • Provide Monthly/quarterly forecast on expenditures
    • Approve, track and control commitments (POs) and expenditures (OLRs)
  • Manage  the risk analysis and participate to the backup plans
  • Support & Participate Organizational initiative
